Preparation
Step 1
Slice the tempeh into thin pieces.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Add tempeh slices to the mixture and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Place the marinated tempeh in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
