- 12 ounces pasta of choice (gluten-free if necessary, I like to use spaghetti noodles)
- ½ cup reserved pasta water (see below)
- 1 cup oregano pesto

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package directions. Before draining the pasta, reserve ½ cup of the pasta cooking water and set it aside.
Step 2
In a skillet over medium heat, add the pasta, pasta water and the oregano pesto.
Step 3
Toss and combine everything until the pasta is coated in a creamy oregano pesto sauce and the noodles are warm throughout.
