- 2 tbs maple syrup (omit or substitute for keto option)
- 2 tbs coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (omit if using salted sunflower seeds)
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbs chia seeds soaked in 2 tbs water
- 2 tbs shredded coconut (for rolling)
