Ingredients
2 servings
- 3 cups milk of choice (I like to use oat milk)
- 2 ½ tablespoons Naturacentric Rose Cardamom Honey
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
- 1 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
- 1 tablespoon dried rose buds
- 1 pod cardamom (or 1/8 tsp ground cardamom)
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt or pink salt

Preparation
Step 1
Add milk.
Step 2
In a saucepan over medium-high heat add milk.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Add honey, cacao, ashwagandha, rose buds, cardamom and salt. Whisk well while bringing to a boil. When boiling, turn off heat, cover and let steep for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Strain.
Step 6
Using a fine mesh strainer or pouring through cheesecloth, strain the moon milk into mugs.
