1 serving
- 1 cup milk of choice (I like to use oat milk)
- 1 scoop Earth Echo Cacao Bliss
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or any sweetener of choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoons chia seeds

Preparation
Step 1
In a jar, combine the milk, Cacao Bliss, tahini, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Step 2
Add the chia seeds to the same jar. Mix well.
Step 3
Place a lid on the jar, then place it in the refrigerator for overnight, or at least 4 hours.
Step 4
Remove the jar from the refrigerator, then scoop the contents into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Scoop into a bowl, add your preferred toppings, serve, and enjoy!
