- 6 baby artichokes
- 2 small lemons

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F.

Prepare a bowl of water and squeeze in the juice of one lemon.

Trim the artichokes by cutting off the top quarter and removing the tough outer leaves.

Cut the trimmed artichokes in half and immediately place them in the lemon water to prevent browning.
