  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 5 jalapenos (I used 2)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup flat-leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup cilantro coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
