Preparation

Step 1

Corn 'Ceviche' Crostini: In a small bowl, combine the corn, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and sea salt. Chill until ready to use. Assemble crostini with the hummus and spoonfuls of the ceviche.

Step 2
