- 2 cups whole rolled oats
- ½ cup chopped walnuts, or almonds, or a mix of both
- ½ cup coconut flakes, optional
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons creamy almond butter
- ⅓ cup dried cranberries, optional

More nutty clusters = better granola. To encourage clumps, press the mixture into a thick oval and gently break apart halfway through baking for more clusters.
Let it cool before diving in. The granola will crisp up as it cools, so waiting is worth it.
Add the dried fruit at the end to avoid burning it in the oven.
