  • 1 tablespoon maca powder (I use Essential Living Foods)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup, or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon coconut oil
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Tiny pinch of sea salt
  • Optional toppings: Coconut whip, Shaved dark chocolate
