- 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon water, plus more as needed

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt.
Step 2
Stir in the water. If the sauce is too thick, add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to thin it to your desired consistency. Season to taste.
Step 3
Store the sauce for up to 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.

Yield:
about 1¼ cups
Add fresh herbs for a refreshing kick. Fresh dill, cilantro, parsley, basil, and mint would all be lovely here.
Use roasted garlic for a mellower garlic flavor. Start with 1 clove and add more to taste!
For a stronger garlic flavor, add 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
Switch the citrus by using lime juice instead of lemon for a different flavor profile.
