Pressing the tofu is optional, but it helps make the crispiest, crunchiest air fryer tofu possible.
If you frequently cook tofu, consider using a tofu press, such as the Tofuture Tofu Press.
For an alternative to pressing, use 'Super-Firm' or 'High-Protein' tofu, or freeze extra-firm tofu and thaw it to release moisture.
