- ⅓ cup avocado oil, or other neutral oil
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
- ¾ cup whole wheat flour, spooned and leveled
- ½ cup almond flour, spooned and leveled
- 2 teaspoons Apple Pie Spice
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- Cream Cheese Frosting, optional
