- 2 cups quinoa, cooked
- 1 tsp turmeric, ground
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 3 tbs peanuts, salted
- 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbs sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped + extra for garnishing
- 2 tbs grapeseed oil

Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat grapeseed oil & then add in turmeric, red chili flakes, ginger, peanuts and vinegar. Cook for 2 minutes while continuously stirring.
Step 2
Toss quinoa, salt, sugar, and sriracha into your spice mixture.
Step 3
Cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring every minute or so. Then mix in cilantro & cook for 1 minute longer.
Step 4
Remove from heat, garnish with cilantro, and serve. Enjoy!
