  • 1/2 pound whole wheat pizza dough (store-bought or homemade (recipe follows)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves garlic (minced or grated)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice and zest of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • kosher salt and pepper
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella (torn)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese or crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 of a Meyer lemon (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons raw pine nuts
  • crushed red pepper flakes (fresh basil and mircogreens, for serving)
