  • 3 cups fresh pineapple chunks

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tamari/soy sauce
  • 1 small clove garlic grated
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pickled ginger
