- 1/2 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 2 tablespoons red curry paste (less if you don't like the heat)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 cloves garlic (grated or minced)
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 oz bag sugar snap peas (8)
- 1 pound of raw (deveined shrimp)
