  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons honey (divided)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • Pizza:
  • 1/2- 1 cups Sweet Asian Chili Sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded, plus more for sprinkling)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 5 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 3 teaspoon sambal oelek
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon hot chili oil
  • 1 tablespoons freshly minced ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 pieces small head cauliflower (chopped into bit size)
  • 2 red bell peppers (julienned)
  • 4 green onions (sliced, for garnish)
