  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4-1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (I used closer to 1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 cup cold butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
