  • 4 packets gelatin
  • 1 cup cold coffee
  • 2/3 cup canned coconut milk (or more water)
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean (seeds removed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons Kahlua
  • powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • 1 1/2 sticks (12 tablespoons) unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups white wheat or whole wheat pastry flour
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3-4 tablespoons water
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate (melted)
  • 8 graham cracker squares (may use store-bought too!)
  • 4 coffee marshmallows
  • 4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Hershey's Milk or Dark Chocolate Bars (OH YEAH)
