- 2 1/4 cups chicken broth
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 ounces smoked gruyere cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 green onions (chopped, for serving)
- 6 cups air popped popcorn
- 2 cup crushed tortilla chips (lightly crushed)
- 5 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
