- 2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 to 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, salt, and yeast.

Pour in the honey, olive oil, and warm water.
