- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- (optional: 1/2 cup granulated sugar for rolling the dough balls)
