- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain into bite-sized pieces
- fine sea salt and freshly-ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil, divided
- 3 to 4 cups small broccoli florets
- 4 scallions, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 3 to 4 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- furikake seasoning and chili crisp, for drizzling
