  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt (plus optional flaky sea salt for topping)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Salt:
If you instead plan to use iodized table salt, reduce the amount of salt by half.
Pan options:
You can also bake this recipe in an 8-inch springform pan (baking time will need to be a bit longer and the cheesecake will be thicker) or a 10-inch springform pan (baking time will be less and the cheesecake will be thinner).
