  • 1 ounce Aperol
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • ice
  • Tajín and coarse salt, for rimming the glass

Try using a Tajín salt rim for extra flavor.
Muddle in fresh jalapeño wedges for a spicy kick.
Use mezcal in place of tequila for a smoky flavor.
Add simple syrup or agave nectar to sweeten the cocktail.
Add ginger simple syrup or ginger beer for a ginger flavor.
The Aperol lowers the cocktail's ABV to around 22%.
