- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 1 handful fresh baby spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more/less to taste
- (optional extras: juice of half a lime, pinch of chili powder)

You can substitute frozen mango with frozen pineapple or peaches.
Feel free to add in a good squeeze of fresh lime juice if available.
For a chili/mango combo, add in 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder.
