- 1x 340g pack of silken tofu
- Half an onions
- 1 garlic
- 3 spring onions
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- drizzle of olive oil
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat.
Step 2
Once warm, add the chopped onion, garlic and salt, cook for 5-10 minutes on a low heat until soft.
Step 3
Once soft, add the sliced spring onions into the pan with the turmeric and smoky paprika - cook for another minute, stirring continuously, before adding the tamari.
Step 4
Finally, use your hands to crumble in the tofu and stir through.
Step 5
Cook the scramble for another 5 minutes until the tofu is hot, stirring every now and again.
