- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1.2 oz almonds
- 35g sunflower seeds
- 60g buckwheat flour
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- pinch of sea salt
- 200ml water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to Preheat oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / 400°F.
Step 2
Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well until combined.
Step 3
Quickly pour the mixture onto a lined baking tray, and leave for 10–15 minutes to thicken up.
Step 4
Once the mixture has hardened, cook for 30–40 minutes until golden and crisp.
Step 5
Leave to one side to cool before breaking into large pieces.
