- 200g frozen edamame beans
- 240g canned chickpeas
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- handful of coriander
- 1 jalapeño
- 50ml olive oil
- 1.7 fl oz oat milk
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place the edamame beans into a bowl and cover with boiling water. Leave to blanche for 5 minutes, until de-frosted, then drain.
Step 2
Place all the ingredients into a high speedy blender and blend until smooth, adding more olive oil if needed. Then, season to taste.
