- 1 x 14 oz tin butter beans
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 large handfuls kale
- 3½ tablespoons pesto
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Roughly chop the kale and drain the butter beans.
Step 2
Simply place the kale into a large bowl and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Massage with your hands for a few minutes until the kale has broken down a little.
Step 4
Add the butter beans, sunflower seeds and pesto to the bowl and mix well before serving.
