- 2 oz popped popcorn
- 2 oz unsalted roasted peanuts
- 5 oz 70% cocoa dark chocolate
- ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Line a large tray with baking parchment. Pour the popcorn, nuts and melted chocolate into a large bowl. Mix until all of the chocolate coats the popcorn and nuts.
Step 2
Tip onto the tray, spread evenly and sprinkle with sea salt. Leave overnight at room temperature to set; then roughly break up and tuck in.
