- 1 shot espresso
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin purée
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch of ground ginger
- pinch of ground nutmeg
- 7 fl oz plant-based milk

Step 1
Whisk together the espresso, pumpkin purée, cinnamon, ground ginger and nutmeg in a mug. Heat the plant-based milk in either a milk foamer or a microwave/saucepan. Then whisk the milk into the espresso mixture. To serve, top with a sprinkling of cinnamon.
