Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220°C fan / 460°F. Lightly oil a baking tray. Shape the dough into a rectangle directly on the tray, using your fingertips.
Step 2
Spread the dough with the cashew cream (see dough recipe for details on this).
Step 3
Place the courgette, artichoke hearts and minced garlic in a large bowl and toss to combine. The residual oil on the artichokes should be enough to dress all of the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper, to taste; arrange on top of the cashew cream. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the crust is dark golden brown. Transfer to a cutting board using a spatula and top with fresh basil.
