- 1.8 oz pine nuts
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large handful of basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ lemons
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Make the pesto by placing all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulsing until a paste forms. Leave to one side.
Step 2
Cook the pasta according to instructions on pack, adding the peas in the last few minutes to cook.
Step 3
Once cooked - drain, then place back into the dry pan, adding the pesto, spinach and tomatoes
Step 4
Cook on a low heat for a minute or so, letting the spinach wilt and the pesto heat through.
