- Pasta of choice
- 1 cup of fresh peas
- 1/2 cup of pesto
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Step 2
Add your choice of pasta and cook until al dente.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a separate pan, cook the fresh peas in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Drain the peas and set aside.
Step 5
Once pasta is cooked, drain and return to the pot.
Step 6
Add the cooked peas and pesto to the pasta and mix thoroughly.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with parmesan cheese.
