- 10 fl oz water
- 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Soak the porridge oats in the water for at least 1 hour.
Step 2
Once the oats feel soft, blitz the mixture together in a blender to form an oat milk.
Step 3
Place everything into a small pan and heat until it all comes together and begins to thicken - whisking to remove any lumps.
