- 240g canned chickpeas
- 9 oz peas (frozen/fresh)
- ½ lemons
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 roasted clove garlic
- 1 large handful of mint leaves
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
If you are using frozen peas, place them in a bowl and cover with boiling water - leave for a few minutes until soft. Once soft, drain and place into a food processor along with the remaining ingredients.
Step 2
Blend until smooth, adding a splash of almond milk or water if needed.
