- 3 tablespoons of brown rice
- 2 tablespoons of oats
- 1 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds
- 4.2 fl oz oat milk
- 1 ripe bananas
- 1 heaped tablespoon of smooth peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs

Preparation
Step 1
Place cooked grain of choice, porridge oats, hemp seeds and oat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring frequently until the porridge is smooth and creamy.
Step 2
Mash the banana and stir into the porridge, or alternatively slice it on top before drizzling with peanut butter and sprinkling with cacao nibs. Eat immediately.
