- 1 red chillies
- 2 oranges
- 2 rosemary
- chunk of fresh turmeric
- chunk of ginger
- 5 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 500ml apple cider vinegar
- pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Simply add all of the ingredients to a sterilised Kilner jar, making sure that everything is submerged in vinegar.
Step 2
Put the lid on and store in a cool, dark place for at least 5 days (for a stronger flavour leave it for up to 2 weeks).
Step 3
To decant, strain the liquid through a fine sieve and pour into a sterilised bottle. Store in the fridge for up to 6 months. We love this served with hot water and maple syrup, or as a quick pick-me-up shot.
