- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½–1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 ripe banana
- large handful of spinach
- 1 tablespoon nut butter
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds/shelled hemp seeds
- 7 fl oz oat/almond milk

Step 1
Simply place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy, adding more milk and/or ice as needed. Pour into a glass and serve.
