Ingredients
1 serving
- 1 small cucumbers
- 1 thumb-sized piece ginger
- 2 sticks of celery
- 1 ripe bananas
- ½ ripe avocados
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter

Preparation
Step 1
First juice the cucumber, celery and ginger.
Step 2
Then pour the juice into a blender and add the banana, avocado and almond butter.
Step 3
Finally blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 4
Either drink it straight away or store it in an airtight bottle (a water bottle is great) in the fridge for up to 3 days.
