- 2 pitted Medjool dates
- 1 banana
- 1 thumb-sized piece ginger
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 oz frozen kale
- 4 sticks of celery
- 3.5 fl oz ice cold water

Preparation
Step 1
First juice the celery and ginger. Use a juicer or blend in a powerful blender and then pass through a sieve afterwards.
Step 2
Once you have the celery and ginger juice, place all of the ingredients into a powerful blender and blend until smooth - adding as much or as little almond milk or water as you like until you reach the consistency you like best.
