- 1.5L coconut milk
- 200g pudding rice
- 3.5 oz coconut sugar
- 50g desiccated coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Wash the rice and drain it well.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 150c, fan setting.
Step 3
Pour all of the ingredients into a large baking tray and stir well.
Step 4
Bake for 2 hours until it starts to smell delicious.
