- 100ml brown rice syrup
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 150g peanut butter
- 4 oz puffed rice

Preparation
Step 1
Place the brown rice syrup, maple syrup and peanut butter into a small pan over a medium heat until it begins to bubble.
Step 2
Once it begins to bubble, turn down the temperature and cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Place the puffed rice into a large bowl and pour over the warm syrup.
Step 4
Mix well until the mixture comes together, before spooning into a lined baking tray.
Step 5
Push the mixture down using your hands until it is evenly spread across the tray.
Step 6
Place the tray in the fridge for at least 3 hours to set.
Step 7
To make the chocolate topping; place all of the ingredients into small pan over a low heat.
Step 8
Heat the mixture until all of the cacao butter melts. Once melted, remove from the heat and allow to cool for 30 minutes.
Step 9
Once the rice crispy cakes have set in the fridge, remove and cut into even squares.
Step 10
Dip the squares into the chocolate sauce while still warm and leave on a baking rack to set.
