- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 125ml plant-based milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder

Preparation
Step 1
Place the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, cacao powder and yogurt in a bowl and stir well.
Step 2
Leave to one side for 10-15 minutes to thicken up, stirring it once or twice during this time to make sure it sets evenly.
Step 3
Once thickened, top with 1 tablespoon of yogurt and a sprinkle of cacao nibs.
