- large handful of coriander
- 1 large handful of parsley
- 2 jalapeños
- 2 garlic
- ½ small red onions
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 splash water
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Simply place all the ingredients, apart from the red onion, into a food processor.
Step 2
Blend until a chunky mixture forms, adding more olive oil or water if it begins to stick to the sides.
Step 3
Once the mixture has come together, mix through the chopped red onion.
