- 6.3 oz chestnuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 240g canned chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 125-190ml water
- 1 lemon
- pinch of sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Simply place all of the ingredients (apart from the water) into a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.
Step 2
Slowly add the water until you reach a consistency that you like best - you may even use less than this amount.
