- 400ml coconut milk
- 9 oz self-raising flour
- 3.5 oz cacao & almond porridge
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons date syrup
- 1 teaspoon cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Preparation
Step 1
Stir all of the ingredients together to form a smooth, thick batter. If it seems a little thin, leave it to sit for 5–10 minutes.
Step 2
Warm a small amount of coconut oil in a pan over medium heat and add a large tablespoon of the pancake batter to the pan.
Step 3
Cook on each side for 2–3 minutes, until golden and delicious.
Step 4
Repeat this process with the rest of the batter until it's all used up and you have all of your pancakes; add a little more coconut oil in the pan, if needed.
