Preparation
Step 1
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Let the batter sit for a few minutes to thicken.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil.
